This is accomplished through an online talent portal comprised of 15,000-plus promotional staff nationwide, including promotional models, bilingual ambassadors, street team members, tour managers, and other event support staff positions.
Identified candidates go through a stringent hiring process that includes multiple-round interviews, reference checks, and thorough in-person trainings. The recruiting team manages this process but can integrate clients into final staff selection and team training as requested.
