Cost Plus World Market - "Life of Pi" Activation

Story

To build awareness around Cost Plus World Market’s partnership with 20th Century Fox and its film Life of Pi, Havas Street executed an activation at The Grove in Los Angeles. With pop-up tents featuring a wide variety of Cost Plus items and furniture lining Gilmore Lane, street team members informed passersby of the Life of Pi sweepstakes and encouraged sign-ups by distributing coupons and other prizes. In addition, consumers had the opportunity to spin a prize wheel, sample Cost Plus’ special-edition Life of Pi Mango Black Tea, and learn new dance moves from Bollywood dancing instructors as Extra-TV promoted the partnership and sweepstakes.
